As part of the strategic offer across our programmes, we do work with high quality subcontractor partners where we have identified a learner or employer need in one or more of the following areas:

• Enhance the opportunities available to young people and adults
• Fill gaps in niche or expert provision, or provide better access to training facilities
• Support better geographical access for learners
• Offer an entry point for disadvantaged groups.

We conduct full and comprehensive due diligence processes to ensure we only work with high quality providers, with ongoing monitoring of all aspects of the programme or areas subcontracted to our partners. We measure their performance across numerous areas to ensure high quality performance and impact to our learners via targeted performance level KPIs. Everything we do is documented down in a contract, clear evidence obligations of each party and what we both bring to the partnership.

The management fee structure we utilise is broken down into clearly outlining the services we provide by detailed sections as below:

• Administration
• Compliance
• Quality
• Learning and Development Management.

All of our programmes delivered are supported by technology platforms like Microsoft Teams and OneFile to ensure all learners have tools during their training, learning and assessment to meet their needs. These platforms are used for both direct and subcontracted delivery.

We currently only work with Learning for Futures Ltd (trading as Wise Origin College) as a subcontractor partner.
