Schools

Professional development pathways that strengthen teams, support leadership and improve classroom practice.

We work with primary, secondary and specialist schools to support staff development through funded apprenticeship programmes and other professional training.
From Teaching Assistants to senior leaders, our programmes set out clear progression routes that allow colleagues to take on greater responsibility while continuing in their roles. The aim is steady development that benefits both staff and pupils.

Developing your team

Apprenticeship and training routes are most effective when they are linked to a wider plan for staffing and progression.

Some schools focus first on classroom support, while others begin with leadership development or teacher training. In many cases, schools are using a combination of routes to create clearer progression over time.

We work with schools to identify where these pathways sit within existing structures, so they contribute to longer-term workforce planning.

Funding and delivery

Most of our programmes are funded through the Apprenticeship Levy or other government funding routes.

At the outset, we agree how the programme will run. That includes training time, review points and assessment milestones, as well as what is expected of both the apprentice and the school.

From there, progress is reviewed regularly. Communication between the school, the learner and our team continues throughout the programme so issues are addressed early.

Our Approach

We are here to provide a service that goes beyond delivering a programme.

A school workforce is not static; it shifts with individuals, with local need and with wider pressures, which means development has to move with it.

We want to be part of that conversation with you, understanding how your school is evolving and shaping training, so it supports that direction over time.

We work with a focused number of schools and trusts so we can stay involved. Alongside our work in schools, we operate across early years, residential childcare and international programmes. That broader experience informs how we approach workforce development.

If you’d like to have a conversation about how we can help you please get in touch.

Unfortunately you will be unable to enrol onto an apprenticeship without a current employer who is willing to support your development through the programme.

You may wish to approach local settings directly to enquire whether they would be interested in supporting an apprenticeship. Should you identify a setting willing to do so, we would be pleased to support both you and the setting with your apprenticeship training.

Good luck and we hope to speak to you again in the very near future.
