Men - We Want to Hear Your Thoughts
on Working in the Early Years
"quote from Michael Ward"
What's stopping you from a career working with children?
There is a strong need for more men, and in particular Black men, to work in the Early Years Sector.
Seeing these men in a caring, supportive and teaching role is incredibly valuable for all children, in particular for young boys from underrepresented communities who may lack role models that they can relate to. At Orange Moon Training we are passionate about getting more men, especially those from Black communities, into the sector. We want to better understand some of the barriers to this, so we are calling on all men to fill out the survey below and share their thoughts!
Please note this survey is for research purposes only, we will not collect your personal data and your answers will remain anonymous.
