Working Together to Strengthen Education and Communities

From early years to school leadership, local and global partnerships in action.

A Global Learning Community Rooted in Shared Values

At Orange Moon, we’re creating space for diverse educators, schools, parents, and community organisations to connect across contexts and continents. From early years to executive leadership, our mission is to improve outcomes for children and young people through training that is meaningful, relevant, and rooted in shared values.

We work in partnership with:

  • Dynamic School trusts like Futura Learning Partnership

  • Faith-based organisations including the Association of Muslim Schools

  • Local and international universities such as NTU, UWE, and Parul University

  • Community leaders and international schools, including partners in Malaysia, India, and the UK, such as Azhar Academy and schools within the Futura Learning Partnership.

Together, we’re shaping the future of education through trust, innovation, and deep collaboration.

These partnerships are further strengthened through government initiatives like the Turing Scheme, which helps learners broaden their global horizons through life-changing international experiences. We are proud to be one of only a handful of training providers in the country that regularly delivers this programme, giving our learners access to these exceptional opportunities as part of their educational journeys.

What We Offer

From Entry-Level to Degree-Level

Programmes across EY, Primary and Secondary, from Level 1 to Level 6, designed to support both school staff and community-based childcare practitioners, with a practical mix of essential knowledge and context-aware delivery.

Childminding Networks in Communities

We support parents and local communities to set up childcare services based in homes or shared spaces like mosques, church halls, and community centres. Some of these are guided by Islamic values,  others, like Futura’s Childcare Initiative, focus on meeting wider community needs.

See Azhar Academy’s childminding initiative recruitment leaflet.

International School Collaboration

Cross-border projects between UK schools and those in India, Malaysia and beyond, enabling teacher training, student exchanges, professional learning networks, and the sharing of community-led approaches to education.
